We offer a refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase date, we cannot offer you a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • We only offer refunds on items sold at regular price; sale items cannot be returned.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are found to be defective, as duly identified at the time of delivery. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please send us an email at geral@sepsancho.com or contact our administrative services.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not covered by our returns policy:

  • Orders for specific products made to measure or by production request.
  • Industrial and construction products.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, please first check your bank account.
If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at geral@sepsancho.com.

Shipping

  • Return shipments must be sent to the company's indicated address, with prior notice to the company.
    You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if the proper return information as provided is not included.
